Still on Women Emancipation: Her name is Eva Joly born Born in a working-class suburb in Norway, she came to Paris as a young au pair to finance her legal studies and ended up marrying the son of the Bourgeois family she was posted to, despite their disapproval. She now holds joint Norwegian-French nationality and became the first dual national to run for the French Presidency in 2012 under the Green Party. She is a member of the European Parliament since 2009. This fearless anti-corruption crusader and defender of the environment is another example of women breaking barriers. Who said being a woman is a barrier?

Women Emancipation!

Mrs. Emma Bonino looked calm and spoke English without the usual Italian accent. Her profile has raised the bar of women emancipation. A house hold name in Italian and European Politics. Former member of the European Parliament and Vice President of the Italian Senate. An activist for various political reforms in Italy. This enigmatic lady is currently the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs since April 2013. A true inspiration to women around the world!
